What perks does the job have then? Tax evasion!

I saw a notice in a disused shop window recently that read as follows:
Home Help Needed
Help needed for a few household chores.
Part time
£14/hour tax free
(We pay cash)
Obviously, I'm not naive and I understand that people who get paid cash may be inclined to not report it so they don't have to pay tax, but to offer that as a perk of the job seems really rough, like "hey, we're not paying you enough, but you can totally evade taxes so you get paid a semi-decent wage from us - you're welcome" - and the cheekiness of writing "(we pay cash)" at the end is pretty amusing too.
I'm also surprised this ended up in an albeit disused shop unit as I don't know if it's quite the vibe the sellers were going for - as I don't think advertising tax evasion is a key thing tenants are looking for nowadays.
